How do I go about finding a professional entry level job?
I just graduated from college last semester in December 2008. I’ve been having a hard time trying to find a professional entry level job. I don’t have any real professional job experience. I only have basic job experience that doesn’t require a lot of skills and abilities. Where can I go or what can help me find a professional entry level job?
Does Career Builder or Monster really work?
I use those sites and sometimes I get feed back. It’s super hard to find a job now (which is sad if you do have a degree) Most companies can’t afford to take any chances because of the economy and they prefer to hire someone with some experience (sucks, right)
But don’t let that stop you. Try searching for your profession under “entry level” in the search engine. Also try using craigslist. You can also try submitting your resume to staffing agency. They sometimes have jobs that are not posted online. And some of them will tell you what you need to do to get that position. They offer to help you with your resume and stuff.Just keep looking and keep your head up.
